Remote Access First you will need to make sure you have the CISCO Client installed and can connect to the University VPN.  More information about that can be found here https://answers.uillinois.edu/illinois/98773 (If you are logging in on campus you should not need to connect to the VPN). Once the VPN connection is established you can use the Remote Desktop program in Windows to access the Yellowstone computer .  More information is here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-use-remote-desktop-5fe128d5-8fb1-7a23-3b8a-41e636865e8c Once you open Remote Desktop (built into Windows), you need to provide a computer name: igb-core-teton.ad.uillinois.edu igb-core-bryce.ad.uillinois.edu igb-core-zion.ad.uillinois.edu igb-core-yellow.ad.uillinois.edu Then press connect, then it will ask for your name and password. Just log in with your NetID and UofI password.  You may need to specify your domain when you login, so use UOFI\netid Make sure to reserve the time for the computer on BookitLab. The computers will look unused while logged in remotely and someone may login and kick you off if you have not booked it.
